Who do we provide your data to?

In order to be able to send you the ordered goods, we provide your personal data to the selected carrier. In the event of an audit, it makes your personal data available to the relevant audit authority, such as the tax office or SOI.

Accounting services are provided to us by an external company, to which we provide your personal data for this purpose. This provides sufficient guarantees for the security of your personal data.

How long do we keep your personal data?

We only keep your personal data for as long as necessary. We store personal data received via the contact form or as part of normal email communication for a period of 3 months. If you order goods from us, we store your personal data for 5 years in case of claims in the future. We keep accounting documents for 10 years. With your consent, we store your personal data in connection with marketing communications for a period of 5 years, unless you withdraw your consent earlier.

Personal data processed in the iPodnik cloud solution is encrypted. We have implemented a strong password policy. The persons who process your personal data have been instructed and bound by confidentiality.
